2. Buried HDPE water supply pipelines, pipelines with DN ≤ 110 can be installed in a slightly serpentine shape in summer, while pipelines with DN ≥ 110 can resist thermal stress due to sufficient soil resistance, without the need to reserve a pipe length; In winter, there is no need to reserve a pipe length.
3. When installing HDPE pipes, if the operating space is too small (such as in pipeline wells, suspended ceiling construction, etc.), electric fusion connection should be used.
4. When using hot melt socket connections, the heating temperature should not be too high or too long. It is best to control the temperature at 210 ± 10 ℃, otherwise it will cause too much molten slurry to be squeezed out of the accessories and reduce the inner diameter of the water flow; During socket insertion, the fittings or pipe joints should be clean and clean, otherwise it may cause the socket to detach and leak water; At the same time, attention should be paid to controlling the angle and direction of the pipe fittings to avoid rework.
5. When conducting hot melt docking connections, the voltage is required to be between 200 and 220V. If the voltage is too high, it will cause the heating plate temperature to be too high, and if the voltage is too low, the docking machine will not work properly; During docking, the alignment of the interface should be maintained, otherwise it may result in insufficient docking area requirements, insufficient weld strength, and incorrect crimping; When heating the heating plate, if the pipe interface is not cleaned, or if the heating plate has impurities such as oil and sediment, it can cause the interface to detach and leak water; The heating time should be well controlled. Short heating time and insufficient heat absorption time of the pipe can cause too small welding seam curling. If the heating time is too long, it can cause too large welding seam curling, which may lead to false welding.
