In 2022, Qingdao Kruto Machinery sold a 6000mm width HDPE/PE geomembrane sheet extrusion machine production line to our Russia customer. This extrusion machine production line, equipped with our own high-efficiency single-screw extruder, Siemens Beide main motor, JCTIMES die head, Switzerland MAAG gear pump, ABB frequency inverter, Japan NSK brand bearing, Schneider Contactor, Siemens PLC and other world famous brand devices, it can achieve almost 100% plasticization effect. It has high production efficiency, low energy consumption, and reduces raw material waste.

Qingdao Kruto Machinery manufactured 110-400mm diameter HDPE PE Pipe extrusion machine production line for Kazakhstan customer. This extrusion line adopt Siemens Innomotics main motor, high efficiency single screw extruder, JCTIMES hydraulic screen changer, high accuracy mould, vacuum sizing tank, water spraying cooling tank, laser printer, haul-off machine, no dust cutting machine and turnover bracket.

This is a PE geomembrane production line which is capable of producing 2.5m-width geomembrane for waterproofing and construction. This line is equipped with exhaust screws according to the customer’s requirements. Therefor it’s suitable for using recycled materials. If customers don’t want to use exhaust screw, we can choose to use high-efficiency single screw extruder. All parts of the production line can be customized. The output of this extrusion line is 300-400kg/h.
