Mandrel: Mandrel used for the inner surface of molded products. Its outlet end face is matched with the shaping part of the mouth mold to ensure the accuracy of the internal structure of the product.
Calibration sleeve: The main function of the calibration sleeve is to control the outer diameter geometry, dimensional accuracy, and surface roughness of the profile. It is located after the core rod and die, and through pre cooling and sizing cooling processes, ensures that the extruded material is cooled and shaped inside the sizing sleeve, thereby obtaining the required geometric shape and dimensional accuracy.
