01 Inspection content

Check the operation and usage of the equipment: listen to the sound of the equipment running, and check for any abnormal impact or rubbing sounds. Check the working condition of temperature, pressure, flow rate, liquid level and other control and measurement systems, as well as automation adjustment devices, and inspect the fastening and stability of transmission belts, motion mechanisms, and chains. Check whether the insulation and cooling of safety protection covers, guardrails, and equipment pipelines are intact, and inspect whether the safety devices, braking devices, accident alarm devices, and parking devices are in good condition. Check the leakage of static and dynamic sealing points of equipment and process pipelines.

Check if the equipment foundation, foundation bolts, and other connecting bolts are loose or if they are caused by loose connections

Vibration.

Check the temperature, lubrication, and vibration of the bearings and related parts.

Through the above series of inspections, all signs of occasional faults and abnormal states can be detected early and the causes can be immediately identified, adjusted and processed in a timely manner, and the machinery and equipment can be restored to normal function and safe operation as soon as possible.

If any abnormal situation is found, emergency measures should be taken, and timely reports should be made to the workshop leaders and equipment maintenance personnel. At the same time, the inspection results and handling results should be recorded in detail in the operation records.

02 Equipment management work content

Regular maintenance of equipment is a more comprehensive and thorough maintenance activity. According to the size of maintenance workload and the different implementation personnel, regular maintenance is generally divided into first level maintenance and second level maintenance. Second level maintenance belongs to the category of repair, while first level maintenance is a maintenance activity mainly carried out by equipment operators with the assistance and cooperation of maintenance workers. Carefully fill in all records and logs, strictly implement the shift handover system, carefully fill in equipment operation records, defect records, accident records, and operation logs, and strictly implement the shift handover system.

03 Basic Work of Equipment Maintenance

Cleaning: It's not just about the surface, but also about cleaning every corner to expose defects such as wear, noise, looseness, deformation, and leakage of equipment and fixtures, and promptly eliminate them.

Lubrication: Insufficient oil and grease can cause poor lubrication, leading to abnormal operation of the equipment, excessive wear of some parts, high temperatures resulting in reduced hardness and wear resistance, and even thermal fatigue and coarse grain damage. Regularly, quantitatively, qualitatively, and promptly add oil and grease. Tightening: Tighten bolts and nuts to avoid malfunctions caused by loose, vibrating, sliding, or falling components. Adjustment: Temperature, position, pressure, speed, flow rate, tightness, clearance, etc. Corrosion prevention: By isolation and other methods, equipment is prevented from corrosion caused by working conditions and environment.

04 Daily Maintenance - Weekly Maintenance

Weekly maintenance content

1. Appearance: Clean the equipment guide rails, various transmission parts, and exposed parts, and clean the work site.

2. Manipulate the transmission: Check the technical condition of each part, tighten loose parts, adjust the fit clearance, and inspect interlocks and safety devices.

3. Hydraulic lubrication: Clean the oil lines, dust-proof felt, oil filter, add oil to the oil tank or change the oil. Check the hydraulic system to ensure that the oil quality is clean, the oil circuit is unobstructed, there is no leakage, and there is no damage.

4. Electrical system: Wipe the motor, check insulation and grounding to achieve completeness, cleanliness and reliability.

Weekly maintenance cycle: It is carried out by the operator every weekend, with a general equipment maintenance time of 1 hour and a special equipment maintenance time of 2 hours.
