2.5m Width PE Geomembrane Making Machine For Our Asian Customer

This is a PE geomembrane production line which is capable of producing 2.5m-width geomembrane for waterproofing and construction. This line is equipped with exhaust screws according to the customer's requirements. Therefor it's suitable for using recycled materials. If customers don't want to use exhaust screw, we can choose to use high-efficiency single screw extruder. All parts of the production line can be customized. The output of this extrusion line is 300-400kg/h. The client is a young person in the early stages of entrepreneurship who has just started working in the geomembrane industry and is not very familiar with the use of machines. Our engineers have calculated the required factory area and other auxiliary equipment needed for the production line for the customer, such as the capacity of the chiller, the required air compressor model, and listed the hourly power consumption and other necessary information. When the customer visited the factory for the first time, they saw our machining accuracy and the 6-meter-width geomembrane production line that was already in production. The customer was very satisfied, so they immediately signed the contract after visiting the factory and paid the advance payment within a week. Throughout the entire production process, we continuously send production photos and videos of the production line to our customers, communicate with them in a timely manner, and they are also very satisfied with our service. The production cycle of this production line lasted for almost 3 months. Before the equipment was shipped, the customer came to the factory to see us test the extrusion line. The equipment started running smoothly for the first time, with a production speed of up to 5 meters per minute. The customer was very satisfied with this, so they arranged the balance payment within a week. Now the production line has arrived the customer's factory and our engineer was sent to help the customer for machine installation and debugging. I hope this production line can bring continuous revenue to our customers.
