Due to the adverse effects of forming standards, residual stress is caused. By reducing the injection working pressure and increasing the mold temperature, the mold temperature can be balanced, and the epoxy resin temperature can be increased. Quenching method is used to remove internal stress. Incorrect cooling methods can also easily cause uneven cooling and insufficient cooling time. Methods such as adjusting the cooling method and increasing the cooling time can be used to deal with this, and the cooling control circuit should be set as close to the deformation as possible. In response to the deformation problem caused by forming and folding, everyone must adjust the mold design plan, pay attention to ensuring that the product wall thickness is consistent. In case of necessity, the deformation of the product should be accurately measured, and then the mold should be repaired according to the opposite direction, and then calibrated.
